Can I change or cancel my order?
When sending footlocker an order from our website, we usually cannot change or cancel your order. After pressing "Place Order", the order will be processed automatically. If you want to make changes, you can contact us.
However, due to the above reasons, we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed. If you need to change / replace or return an incorrectly ordered item, please return it to us as soon as possible after receipt. If you want to add an item to a recent order, place a new order.
Why do I see multiple charges in my debit / credit account?
When you place an order with a debit or credit card, you are authorized from your bank. Authorization will temporarily shelve funds.
These funds have not yet been deducted, but have been retained in your account to ensure that the order can be processed.
The suspension period is usually 3-7 days, depending on your banking policy. No charge will be made to your debit or credit card until the order is shipped.
If your order was sent in multiple shipments (items may be shipped from stores and / or our warehouses), a separate authorization may be displayed in your account and a fee will be charged for each shipment.
