Can I change my delivery address / sizes?
Yes you can. This includes changing the size or color of an item, removing an item, and changing your delivery address. Please contact our customer service team with live chat or ticket. Please note that we can help you to change your order BEFORE shipment. Once your package has been shipped, we can not change anything.
From the date of purchase, you have 60 days to decide if an item is right for you. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective goods purchased on romwe.com for return. Please note that the following items can not be returned: Bodys, Lingerie & Nightwear, Swimwear, Jewelry, Personal Care & Health Care, and Accessories (excluding scarves, bags and mermaid blankets). Final sales items and free gifts can not be returned.
