We are happy to accept returns for all products purchased from MaBelle ONLINE within 14 days from the date of receipt by Hong Kong and overseas customers (* excluding mainland China customers). Orders must be in \"good condition\". Once we receive your return, your return will be reviewed by our quality assurance team. Once the review is complete, our Customer Service Representative will either process your refund for returns or assist you with the replacement of your replacement.
Please send us the completed customer service form, products, packaging and any gift as soon as possible. You may return your return shipment to our office at your own expense and risk (including any shipping charges, taxes and duties). You can also return them at one of the MaBelle shops in Hong Kong or China. If you would like to return the products to one of the MaBelle stores, please also submit your MaBelle eShop invoice.
